Date: Sunday, May 17, 2026 (preliminaries) and Tuesday, May 19, 2026 (playoffs)
Note that for students in Asia, the actual times of these events will likely be on Monday, May 18 for the preliminary rounds and Wednesday, May 20 for the playoff rounds. Please check the start times of the tournaments (which are listed here for the preliminaries and listed here for the playoffs per New York City time) and adjust to your time zone accordingly.

Please take the Varsity & Junior Varsity National Biology Bee National Qualifying Exam here if you are born before September 1, 2011.
Please take the Middle & Elementary School National Biology Bee National Qualifying Exam here if you are born on or after September 1, 2011.
